1. Non-Refundable Services

Subscription Plans

  • Non-Refundable: All subscription payments for premium features, listing enhancements, and other membership benefits are final. We do not offer refunds for these services, so please ensure you select the plan that best fits your needs.

2. Refundable Services

Bookings (Stays, Attractions, Car Rentals, etc.)

  • Refund Policy: Bookings made through Irugoo are eligible for refunds. However, this is contingent on a mutual agreement between the booking party and the service provider (e.g., hotel owners, tour operators, etc.).
  • Cancellation Process: If you need to cancel a booking, please initiate the cancellation request through our platform. Our Resolution Center will then step in to mediate and ensure a fair outcome for both parties. Refunds will be processed once an agreement is reached.

Purchase Products (e.g., Restaurant Takeaways)

  • Refund Policy: Products purchased through our platform, such as restaurant takeaways, are generally refundable. However, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis through Irugoo’s Resolution Center to ensure both the buyer and seller are satisfied with the outcome.
  • Cancellation Process: For refunds on purchased products, please contact us within 24 hours of your order. Our team will work with you and the service provider to facilitate the refund.

3. Non-Cancellable Services

Custom Services & Special Offers

  • Non-Cancellable: Certain services, such as customized experiences or special promotions, may be non-cancellable and non-refundable. These terms will be clearly stated at the time of booking or purchase.
  • Important Notice: Please carefully review the terms associated with custom services or special offers before committing, as these sales are final.

4. Other Services

Events & Tickets

  • Refund Policy: Refunds for event tickets or similar services are typically not available. However, refunds or exchanges may be offered according to the event organizer’s policy if an event is canceled or rescheduled.
  • Cancellation Process: If eligible for a refund, initiate the request through Irugoo, and we will coordinate with the event organizer on your behalf.

Rental Equipment (e.g., Bikes, Boats)

  • Refund Policy: Rental services are generally refundable if the cancellation is made within the specified time frame before the rental period begins.
  • Cancellation Process: Please contact us promptly if you need to cancel a rental booking. The refund will be processed once the service provider agrees to the cancellation terms.
