At Irugoo, we strive to provide an exceptional experience for both travelers and business owners. We understand that plans can change, and we aim to accommodate these changes as fairly as possible.   • Eligibility for Refunds: Refund eligibility depends on the specific cancellation and refund policies of the service provider (e.g., hotels, car rentals, attractions, restaurants). Please review the terms of each listing before making a booking.
  • Non-Refundable Services: Certain services or promotional offers may be non-refundable. This will be clearly stated at the time of booking.

2. Cancellations by Travelers

  • Cancellation Window: Travelers may cancel their booking within the time frame specified by the service provider to be eligible for a full or partial refund. The specific cancellation policy will be provided in the booking confirmation.
  • No-Show Policy: If a traveler does not show up for a booking without prior cancellation, they may not be eligible for a refund.

3. Cancellations by Service Providers

  • Provider-Initiated Cancellations: If a service provider cancels a booking, the traveler will be notified as soon as possible and offered an alternative arrangement or a full refund.
  • Force Majeure: In cases where cancellations are due to unforeseen circumstances beyond anyone’s control (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics), refunds will be handled according to the specific terms set by the service provider.

4. Refund Process

  • Requesting a Refund: To request a refund, travelers should contact Irugoo customer support with their booking details and reason for the refund request.
  • Refund Approval: Once a refund request is received, it will be reviewed based on the service provider’s policies and the circumstances of the cancellation.
  • Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment method and financial institution.

5. Partial Refunds

  • Early Departure: If a traveler leaves a stay early, partial refunds will depend on the service provider’s policy.
  • Unused Services: For attractions, dining, or car rentals, partial refunds for unused services will also depend on the provider’s policy.

6. Non-Refundable Fees

  • Service Fees: Certain fees charged by Irugoo for processing bookings or other services may be non-refundable. This will be indicated during the booking process.
  • Third-Party Fees: Fees charged by third-party payment processors or banks may not be refundable.
